Friday, July 4, 2014 - Picnic on the Beach

Sunshine, beach, park, pavilion, picnic, family, and friends, what do these words have in common? That's how we will spend our day during this wonderful holiday beach picinic . We have reserved a beautiful spot with covered pavilions and access to Jacksonville beaches.

We will return to the Hotel to watch the fireworks together.

We have added a motorcoach for those who do not want to drive or fly. The bus will depart from Pittsburgh (designated area), Washington DC (designated area), Roanoke Rapids NC (designated area) and onward to Jacksonville. The price is starting at $225 per person depending on your departure city. Minimum Deposit of $25 per person is required to reserve your space. After March 31, 2014, full payment is required for the bus. Schedule and pickup/drop off locations TBD

Saturday, July 5, 2014 - Day Trip to Saint Augustine's FL

St. Augustine to tour the oldest city in our country via trolleys. The trolleys will make multiple stops for photos, looking, etc. We will return to the Hyatt in plenty of time to get ready for the family banquet and dance. There will be transportation provided for those who do not wish to drive their own vehicles. We strongly suggest this so that we may all stay together, and to make it easier on everyone to just enjoy the vacation.

We will return to the Jacksonville to freshen up and then head to our Family Banquet and Dance.

Get ready to kick your heels up for some good food and lots of fun and fellowship.

Transportation

We have added a motorcoach for those who do not want to drive or fly. The bus will depart from Pittsburgh (designated area), Washington DC (designated area), Roanoke Rapids NC (designated area) and onward to Jacksonville. The price is $235 per person. Minimum Deposit of $25 per person is required to reserve your space. Schedule TBA. You can pay in full or a $25 deposit. Please sign up ASAP so that we can reserve the bus and finalize the pickup/drop off schedule.
